By doing so, you ascertain that you're executing the documents needed for your Estate Plan plan to serve you when you need it.

A good Estate Plan should also pay for itself- even while you're still alive. Setting up a plan with predictable fees ensures that there are no surprises and that you can be confident in the value of your plan.

Thirdly, just like your life, your Estate Plan should evolve over time. As life happens, you should review your plan with your Estate Planning Attorney to ensure that your plan will continue to function as required and will serve you as needed.
